    Single motor working in conjunction with variable frequency drive (VFD) provides precision & variable speeds for roller. Digital temperature control. Inching switch for forward- reverse roller rotation. Auto cut for false feeding and finger safety guard. Operator’s safety & convenience.

    Stainless Steel Roller

    Stainless Steel Roller of 304 grade is precision machined. Runs on self aligning ball bearings. Driven by Gear Box Chains & Sprockets. No Speed Loss. Long Rust Free Roller life.

  • Conveyor Feed Roller & Belts
    Conveyor Feed Roller & Belts

    Stainless Steel roller runs in self aligning ball bearings & driven by chain & sprocket. Polyester Feed/ Guide belts are joined & detached through S.S. Combs. Firm grip of feed belts with the rollers. Auto belts tensioning device. Easily  replaceable belts. No slippage.

  • Gear Box Drive
    Gear Box Drive

    Roller is driven by an electric motor working with a reduction gear box unit. The drive to the roller & Guide/Conveyor belts is through Chains & Sprockets. Simultaneous transmission to the conveyor feed belts. Silent drive. No speed loss.
