Built in water storage tank. Motorized water feed pump. Automatic pressure & water level control.

Intended Use:

For steam supply of 60kg/ hr. Suitable for 14 steam irons or equivalent.

Diesel/Gas Fired Burner

A vertically mounted, motorized burner fires fuel-air combination into a 3-pass design, storage type pressure vessel. Pressure of the fire flame & design of the vessel is such that maximum heat is used. High on economy, low on maintenance.
Motorized Piston Water Feed Pump

A belt driven, high pressure piston type pump automatically injects water into the pressure vessel as & when signaled by the water level regulator. The dual pistons with built it non return device eliminates any back pressure. Fail safe, positive water feed each time.

Float Type Water Level Controller

Stainless steel float ball working in conjunction with industrial type micro switches for low / high water level regulation prevents running of burner & at the same time prevents over filling of pressure vessel. Fail safe dry cut out. Easy to dismantle & refit.
Pressure Control Switch

Pressure operated diaphragm type switch cuts power supply to heating elements when a preset higher pressure is achieved & similarly, resumes supply at a preset lower pressure. Accurate pressure differential to maintain steady steam supply. Fail safe, repeat operations.
