Mobile front pad, actuated pneumatically, hold the garment firmly on to the mannequin. Adjustable pneumatic clamps hold the sleeves & keep the garment in upright position. The front pad & sleeve clamps release the garment automatically at the end of each cycle. Accurate positioning results fine finishing.

3 nos. sequential timers activate live steam, steam hot air combination & super heated steam respectively. Each timer can be precisely set. Timers reset automatically for repeat operations. 3 nos. foot switches can override the timers for manual operation. Efficient steaming & fine hot air finishing.

Connected to mannequin. Mounted on a high torque electric motor for quick start. Fitted with air flow control damper. Activated by sequential digital timer & foot switch. Maintains uniform flow of steam-air combination & hot air. Low noise & vibration less performance.

Removable & adjustable wooden sleeve clamps which gives flexibility to the user to insert the same in multiple types of coats, jackets & blazers' sleeves. Ergonomically designed & can easily be removed when not required.
