Vacuum Dress Finishing Board.

Extended exhaust duct with Dual Foot Pedals. Can be operated from both sides.

Intended Use:

Steam Ironing of all types of dresses, garments & textile made up articles.

    Moist air is exhausted upwards with an extended duct. Pressing top is Ideal for dresses including the one that are narrow from the waist & broader at the bottom. Foot pedals at both sides & extended swivelling type iron rest felicitates ironing from both sides of the dress board. Clean environment. Operator’s convenience.

    Connected to dress board. Mounted on a high torque electric motor for quick start. Activated by spring loaded, full length foot pedal. Low noise & vibration less performance. Efficient moisture suction. Quick drying of dress board top & padding.

    Silicon Padding S.S. Table Heater

    Perforated top has thermostatically controlled electric heating element underneath. On the top, layers of aluminum  wire mesh, silicon foam & heat resistant top cover form high porosity padding. Efficient airflow. Padding remains dry at  all times.

    Hard anodized die cast sole plate with 24 nos built in moisture traps. Rubberized handle with concealed soft micro switch. Thermostatically controlled die cast heating element.
