Trouser Form Finisher. Pneumatically Operated. Steam Heated.

Mobile waist band & front clamp, actuated pneumatically, hold the trouser firmly. Pneumatic clamps with self adjusting height hold the bottoms firmly & keep the trouser in upright position. The waist band & bottom clamps release the trouser automatically at the end of each cycle. Accurate positioning results fine finishing.

3 nos. sequential timers activate live steam, steam hot air combination & super heated steam respectively. Each timer can be precisely set. Timers reset automatically for repeat operations. 3 nos. foot switches can override the timers for manual operation. Efficient steaming & fine hot air finishing.

Connected to waist band duct. Mounted on a high torque electric motor for quick start. Fitted with air flow control damper. Activated by sequential digital timer or foot switch. Maintains uniform flow of steam-air combination & hot air. Low noise & vibration less performance.

Separate foot pedals for each air & steam supply which gives the user to properly finish different types of garment based on their composition.
